Our neighborhood and the Association are bound and governed by the Restrictions and By-Laws. Full documentation of by-laws is available at the bottom of the page.

Brief overview of restrictions:

  • Renting / leasing is not allowed in Fountain Hill
  • Homes are single family only
  • Boats / trailers / campers are not allowed to be parked on streets or in front of homes
  • Homeowner’s dues are $800.00 per year per lot
  • All delinquent non paid dues are subject to a property lien placed until dues are paid in full
  • Each lot owner automatically becomes a member of the Association
  • Any / all construction or property modifications must be pre-approved by the Architectural Committee
  • Solicitors are not permitted in Fountain Hill
