Our neighborhood and the Association are bound and governed by the Restrictions and By-Laws. Full documentation of by-laws is available at the bottom of the page.
Brief overview of restrictions:
- Renting / leasing is not allowed in Fountain Hill
- Homes are single family only
- Boats / trailers / campers are not allowed to be parked on streets or in front of homes
- Homeowner’s dues are $800.00 per year per lot
- All delinquent non paid dues are subject to a property lien placed until dues are paid in full
- Each lot owner automatically becomes a member of the Association
- Any / all construction or property modifications must be pre-approved by the Architectural Committee
- Solicitors are not permitted in Fountain Hill
